My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were elegant and the beds were comfy, but the large bathroom was a plus. The dining experience was satisfactory. The facilities were up to standard.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Southern Ute Cultural Center & Museum in a quiet area, close to Durango airport. The rooms are equipped with all the necessities, featuring comfortable beds and large bathrooms or kitchens. The service was lacking when I arrived without a reservation and was redirected 150 miles away, only to return to the same casino where my original booking was. The location is rated highly for its peaceful surroundings and proximity to cultural sites and transportation hubs. However, the lack of platform services was noticeable. Unfortunately, the dining experience offered only cold meats, but the facilities overall were satisfactory.
The hotel offers a wide variety of top-of-the-line equipment in the rooms, along with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The beds are cozy and the bathrooms have an elegant touch. However, the service experience was marred by confusion regarding reservations and unnecessary travel, impacting the overall convenience of the stay.
