My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were elegant and the beds were comfy, but the large bathroom was a plus. The service was a bit of a mix-up at first, but they made up for it in all areas. The location near the Southern Ute Cultural Center & Museum was a nice touch, although not much more beyond it. The dining experience was satisfactory. The facilities were up to standard.

The service was lacking when I arrived without a reservation and was redirected 150 miles away, only to return to the same casino where my original booking was. The location is rated highly for its peaceful surroundings and proximity to cultural sites and transportation hubs. However, the lack of platform services was noticeable. Unfortunately, the dining experience offered only cold meats, but the facilities overall were satisfactory.
